Now you can experience the best running neighbourhoods and trails without knowing Toronto. Whether it's to keep on track for your Marathon or Triathlon training runs or just to get out and see some of the city, your guide will meet you for a run at a time that works for you. You can run alone with your guide or bring along a friend or two for a group run.

Don Valley Trails - the Don river runs along cycling/walking paths that make you feel like you are far from the big city
Leslie Street Spit - urban wilderness on a 5 kilometer-long peninsula
that juts out into Lake Ontario just east of Downtown Toronto
